Returns & Refunds Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received, with tags attached and in original packaging where reasonably possible. Proof of purchase is required. To start a return, contact us at info@deluxableworld.com. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Return Shipping
If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item. Return shipping costs are covered by us for defective, damaged, or incorrect items. For all other returns, return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping costs, where applicable, are non-refundable.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Include your order number and clear photos so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom or personalized products, personal care or hygiene products, hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases, and gift cards. Please contact us if you are unsure whether your item is eligible.
Sale Items
Sale items are non-returnable except where required by law, including applicable European Union consumer rights.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you receive the item you want is to return the original item. Once the return is accepted, you may place a new order separately.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. Returned items must be unused and in resalable condition, with proof of purchase. This right exists independently of our 30-day return policy.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us at info@deluxableworld.com. Refunds do not include any bank, payment provider, or customs-related processing fees where applicable.
