Why does the padlock open with any fingerprint at first?
For initial setup, the padlock starts in open mode so you can easily register your fingerprints. Once fingerprints are added, only registered fingerprints can unlock it.

What if my fingerprint isn’t recognised?
Fingerprint recognition can occasionally fail if fingers are dirty, wet, or damaged. For best results, keep your finger and the sensor clean and register at least two fingerprints during setup.

How many fingerprints can be stored?
You can store up to 10 fingerprints, making it easy to share with family or keep backups.

What happens if the battery runs out?
Simply connect the charger and the padlock will unlock normally while charging. You’ll never be locked out.
