FAQ

Why can any fingerprint unlock it at the start?

Before entering the fingerprint, any fingerprint can open the padlock. If fingerprints are recorded, only the recorded fingerprints can be used to unlock the lock. 

What if the fingerprint can't be identified ?

Fingerprint identification may fail due to factors such as fingerprint wear, peeling, scratches, dirty or wet fingers, or a fingerprint collection window that has smudges or water droplets. To ensure successful identification, it is important to keep both your fingers and the fingerprint window clean and dry. It is recommended to register at least two fingerprints when you first set up the device.

How many fingerprints can be registered?

Up to 10 sets of fingerprints can be registered.

What should I do if the battery is dead?

Connect the charging port with a Micro USB cable. When the red light is on, it indicates that the padlock is charging, and it can be unlocked normally during this time. Once the light turns off, it indicates that the battery is fully charged.

How long does the padlock last after being fully charged?

After being fully charged, the padlock can remain on standby for up to 12 months. When the battery is low, the red light will flash after unlocking to indicate that it needs to be recharged.

Will it notify me if the battery is running low?

Yes! If the voltage is lower than 3.5v, the red indicator light will flash for 15 seconds. If it's constantly low it will do this every minute.
